The lack of a ceiling in the bathroom is a real oddity, showering without any proper separation from the main room leaves much to be desired in terms of privacy and freshness. There were no hooks for towels, only one tiny sachet of shower gel for two people, and an absence of shampoo made personal care a bit tricky. The out-of-date parking pass created unnecessary confusion. Noise from banging doors early in the morning wasn't ideal either. It's these small details that really contribute to the overall experience.

Everything was PERFECTly fine, perfect location really close to the sea front and the seafront itself, amiable staff. The room was comfy, it was warm and the beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi and coffee available were an advantage.

Derek was super friendly and helpfull, he checked us in early and gave us a parking permit. The room was super clean and comfy with a good shower and a nice sea view. All the kitchen stuff was a big plus for us since we kinda like cookin. Location's perfect, close to the beach and also the town centre.

The place was super close to the racecourse, and we had fun exploring the beach nearby. The staff were friendly, and the communal areas were perfect for catching up. Definitely recommend the private bathroom option for convenience.
One issue was the noisy pipes in our room. It made it hard to sleep sometimes.

The bathroom shower pressure was fantastic, and the kitchen facilities allowed us to prepare meals easily after a long day at the beach, just a short walk away. We appreciated having space for everyone.
In my wife's opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

The water pressure in the shower was excellent and. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's rest after a long day of exploring. Some amenities lacked attention. There were no towel hooks. Some noise from the corridor disrupted that peaceful atmosphere I sought. Although there were a few hiccups, the overall experience was pleasant.
